Refunds and renewals
- Refunds are only for a verifiable technical issue on Verve AI's side, or if you didn't use the service at all, requested while the plan is active or within 5 business days after it ends.
- Yearly plans are a commitment for the full year, and there's no refund for an unused part of a billing cycle.
- Plans renew until you cancel.
Languages
Its site says 55+ languages; its docs say 38, including Hindi, and its Hindi page says it handles Indian English and Hindi accents. Its mixed-language mode (beta) covers English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese, not Hindi.

Privacy: what happens to your data
- Its privacy policy covers account, payment, usage and device data; it doesn't say whether audio or transcripts are stored or for how long.
- Its docs say transcripts can be viewed and downloaded later from the interview reports dashboard.

- Sessions are capped: 15 minutes free, 60 on Standard, 90 on Pro.
- Hiding from screen sharing is in the desktop app only.
- On a phone, only the phone interview mode works.
