Savyly (“Savyly”, “we”, “us”) is a desktop application and online service operated by Prashanna Kumar Yadav, an individual based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. By downloading, installing or using Savyly, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Savyly.

1. What Savyly does

Savyly is an AI assistant for learning and teaching data structures, algorithms and computer-science topics. It sends the questions, screenshots and audio you choose to share to an AI model and shows the answer in an overlay on your computer.

2. Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Savyly on your own computer for the plan you have. Plans are linked to the computer they’re activated on. You can’t move them to another device or share them.

3. Free trial

Each computer gets one free trial of 10 minutes of real use. Getting extra trials, for example by changing device identifiers, is not allowed.

4. Plans and payments

5. Refunds

All purchases are final. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules. You won’t get a refund in that case.

7. AI answers

AI generates Savyly’s answers, so they can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important yourself. Savyly is for learning and reference, not professional advice.

8. Third-party services

Savyly uses an AI model from Google to generate answers and Razorpay to process payments. Their terms and policies also apply when you use those services through Savyly.

9. Availability

We work to keep Savyly running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change over time.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Savyly is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Savyly after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
